Counterflows Delegates 2023

We are delighted to announce that this year we will be hosting three delegates from Hanoi, Vietnam and Beirut, Lebanon at Counterflows Festival through the generous support of the British Council. The three delegates we are excited to welcome are artists and curators Kim Ngoc (Vietnam), Nguyen Quoc Hoang Anh (Vietnam) and Renata (Lebanon).
