After a year off Counterflows – Scotland’s longest running experimental music festival – is back. After a busy 2024, which welcomed a London showcase at Café Oto, the launch of Still House Plants latest album and a collaboration with our pals at Arika for their Episode 11, we are relieved and buzzing to be deep in research and programming mode for our 2025 edition.
The festival will take place across various venues in Glasgow. Counterflows is always the same and always different, welcoming a wide-reaching selection of international artists, exciting Scottish acts, new commissions, club nights, hang-outs and more. We have no headliners, no scheduling clashes and ample breaks for food. We’re a festival that’s about coming together and engaging with amazing music.
We are excited to launch the first festival tickets. As before we have done a tiered ticketing system to allow unwaged people or those on low incomes to come to the festival.
