Counterflows 2012

Counterflows’ second edition, this was in collaboration with our long-term partners Cafe Oto. We started the festival with the idea of bringing a fresh approach to presenting experimental music. With the support of British Council, the first version actually happened across three cities: Glasgow, Berlin & London. We anticipated that this was not really a sustainable model and Glasgow became the festival’s rightful home. With a little financial support and a ton of goodwill and encouragement we managed to pull together our first steps towards what we now have.
