Music Space Bursary Programme 2022–3

Music Space is a new year-long bursary programme produced by Counterflows. It has been set up for young people (18–24) who are based in Glasgow, and who are interested in exploring sound and music.

From 2022–23 there are two bursaries available. The two recipients will be selected via nomination.

The programme will be shaped by the recipients and will focus on developing creative and professional practice. The programme will also include a series of mentoring sessions with Julia Scott and Nakul Krishnamurthy, a two-week residency at the CCA Glasgow, and the opportunity to present at Counterflows 2023.

Music Space is funded by the Scottish Government’s Youth Arts Fund: Bursary Programme through Creative Scotland. The Youth Arts Fund: Bursary Programme enables arts and creative organisations to support early-career artists and creative practitioners aged 18-24 to develop and produce work.
