How to Submit a Recording (A Sound Map of the River Clyde (2026–27)

You can submit up to three recordings from a single location. Each recording should be 3–10 minutes long.

File Naming
Please name each file using the following format:

First name_Surname_Location_Date Of Recording_Recording Number

Example:
Tom_Fisher_FallsofClyde_2026-07-23_01.wav

How to Submit
Upload your recordings and Recording Log to Google Drive and share them with:

asoundmapoftheriverclyde@gmail.com

If you would prefer to send your recordings another way, please email us and we will arrange an alternative submission method.

Recording Requirements
Submit recordings as WAV files.
Record at 96 kHz or 48 kHz, 24-bit.
Do not edit your recordings before submitting them.
Recordings made without a hydrophone should be submitted as stereo files.
