Klein + John Wall + Vũ Hà Anh + Angusraze

For our Saturday night event we up the tempo and up the weirdness. A packed night welcoming four artists from different musical & cultural backgrounds, held together by their shared dedication to chiselling sonic formations from disparate and contradictory means.

Kent’s ANGUSRAZE kick off proceedings with their queer and explosive crashing together of pop, experimental music and hardcore punk, welcoming Glasgow’s Laurie Pitt to the drum kit. Also on the bill we welcome Vũ Hà Anh, whose fragmentary and oneiric work pulls from both Western and Vietnamese approaches to R&B. Making a rare live appearance, computer artist John Wall presents his dense and dizzying compositions, structured from microscopic sample-based work. And closing the curtain we’ll welcome Klein, whose recent albums have seen her bringing in metal and shoegaze offerings into her tilted sonic orbit.
