Olimpia Splendid was formed in Helsinki in 2010 by Heta Bilaletdin, Jonna Karanka and Katri Sipiläinen. Their hypnotic music is a mix of weirdly tuned guitars, muddy drum machine loops, whispering vocals and trash can delays. Since the beginning Olimpia Splendid has been an active live band touring in Finland and Europe. The mysterious trio has not however released any recordings since their self-titled debut album in 2015. Finally we hear a new selection of their witch-boogie songs.
