How to get there
Adelaide Place is very easy to get to as it is in the centre of Glasgow. The main entrance to the venue is via Pitt Street. This entrance is only accessible via a selection of steps.

The area is easy to get to but do be aware of the uneven pavements in the surrounding area.
There is an accessible entrance to Adelaide Place on Bath Street which is easily accessed from the pavement (See below).
The entrance is down a little slope with two small bumps. To enter the space just press the buzzer and you will be let in by a member of staff.

General environment
Adelaide Place is a spacious, relaxed environment, with lots of natural light filtering through thanks to the amount of glass windows in the space.
The accessible ground floor space has seating space for 110 people, plus 250 seats up in the pews. We are afraid the pew space upstairs is not accessible via lift, and we do apologise for this.
There is a space at the corner at the back of the space that sells coffee and tea. For the events taking place it will be a dry space.
Discussions and performances will take place on the staged based area.

What to expect
For both events at the Adelaide Place at the festival there will be spoken word, discussions and performances. This will all be at a low-to-medium volume.
Seating
The seating options available are unpadded chairs with backs and no arms.
If you would like one of these chairs reserved for you please message us at counterflows@gmail.com
We set aside space for wheelchairs at the right of the stage area.
