Counterflows on Paper 2022

Counterflows On Paper is our second publication to accompany the festival. Last year in lockdown we decided to open up what the festival’s remit was and invited writers and illustrators to respond to the idea of Counterflows and the music that we commission and the artists who take part. Last year we posted these zines out around the world. The response was so positive that we had to continue this idea and create the second edition. Once again our wonderful colleague Joel White has edited and commissioned the writers and illustrators and Oliver Pitt has once again brought his sharp eyes and beautiful artwork to the layout and design of the publication. Our friends at Good Press printed the physical zine beautifully and of course this meant that the printed version was snapped up at the festival. So here for Counterflows At Home we wanted to ensure that if you couldn’t get to the festival at least you can share in the delights of the zine online.
