The Hairdressers

The Hairdressers. Robyn Steward plays trumpet, sometimes through effects and sometimes with a mute. Kathy Hulme plays cello, sometimes with a cucumber. We play free improvised music, this means we make it up as we go along.

We did our first gig in January 2018 at Robyn’s Rocket at Sister Midnight Records (formerly Vinyl) Deptford.

In May 2018 we supported the Bitchin’ Bajas at Cafe Oto which led to Robyn being offered the chance to put on Robyn’s Rocket in September.
